During the 2020 Quarantine Lockdown, I embarked on teaching Pilates via Zoom.  I trained at Kinected Pilates / The Kane School in NYC and was eager to begin teaching.  I was hesitant to try it on Zoom.  But I'm so glad I did.  No experience necessary.  We meet 2X a week.
